We take extra care to make sure your chocolates reach you just as fresh as when they leave us. Each order is packed in temperature-safe packaging so it arrives in perfect condition. A shipping fee applies depending on the size and weight of your order. (You can check our Shipping Methods and Rates for more details.)

Order Shipping & Delivery

Karachi

Same-day delivery for orders placed by 11:30 PM.
Orders placed after these cut-off times will be dispatched the next day.
Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday.

Nationwide

Orders placed before 6:00 PM - Dispatched the next day - Delivered the following day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM - Dispatched the day after tomorrow.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Cakes & Cupcakes Delivery

Cakes and cupcakes are delivered only in Karachi.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer cake delivery to other cities at this time.

Special During busy seasons like Eid, New Year, or Valentine’s Day, please check our website for order cut-off dates to make sure your gifts arrive right on time.Holidays

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen events (such as heavy rains, political situations, or other unexpected disruptions).

Debit/Credit Card or Bank Transfer - Pay securely online from anywhere in the world through PayFast.
Cash on Delivery (Karachi only) - Pay your rider in cash when your order arrives.

Delivery rates in Karachi are area-based, while nationwide deliveries are charged according to weight.

We deliver to the following cities: Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Gujranwala, and Sukkur.

If your city is not listed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to facilitate delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do our very best to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with the quality when it arrives, please let our Customer Care team know within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving your package. To help us sort things out quickly, we’ll need a short description and some clear photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or gift card for you. Because our products are fresh and perishable, we unfortunately can’t accept claims made after 24 hours of delivery. Any requests must be backed up with proper details/photos so we can help you fairly. Olmec may, at its discretion, limit replacements based on each case.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

If an order has to be returned or redirected because of an incorrect or incomplete address, extra shipping charges will apply

Items can spoil if they spend too much time in transit. If that happens, Olmec may decide they aren’t suitable for redelivery, and a replacement order would then be at the customer’s cost.

No Returns or Refunds on Perishable Goods

Since our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve been shipped. Our guarantee applies only to correctly addressed orders. If your order needs to be rerouted by the carrier, we cannot promise it will arrive in its best condition.

Olmec cannot be responsible when:

The address provided is incorrect or outdated.
The recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery.
An updated address is not shared within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Shipments that are returned or rerouted due to these reasons will be subject to additional charges.
