Can you ship internationally?
We currently don’t ship internationally, but we can carefully pack your chocolates for safe travels! Let us know if you’d like them specially prepared for your flight
Do you use any special packaging or cooling methods to ensure the chocolates don't melt in transit?
We ship all chocolates in insulated Styrofoam containers for optimal freshness. Our weather requires ice packs and specialty packaging—which affects delivery costs. We never compromise on safe arrival
Can I use a different delivery and billing address?
Yes, you can use different billing and shipping addresses to send chocolates as gifts. Simply enter your own details under ‘Billing Address’ and the recipient’s details under ‘Shipping Address.’ Don’t worry—we’ll keep your surprise safe! The recipient will only be contacted if we need help with the delivery address. All order confirmations and updates will be sent to the billing contact details you provide

Can I specify a time frame when placing my order?
Date selection? Yes! Time slots? Not currently. Deliveries occur between 11 AM-11 PM on your chosen date, and we’ll notify you with live tracking for better visibility.
Can I customize flavors, gift wrapping, or add a personal note?
Yes, we do offer customization for online orders. There is a greeting card option on all product pages. Currently, our freshly baked cakes are only available for delivery within Karachi, as we prioritize quality and freshness above all else. Since cakes are delicate products requiring careful handling, we limit deliveries to our home city to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We appreciate your understanding!
